Concept to Completion is made by RAAIX. This notice explains what we collect when you use the website and the app, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: hello@raaix.com.
What we collect
- Your account. When you sign up through RAAIX we keep your name, email address and, once paid plans start, billing details (handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number).
- Your jobs. If you sign in, the surveys, designs, settings and texture images you create are synced to your RAAIX account so you can use them on more than one device.
- Basic usage. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the service secure and working.
You can use the app without signing in. Your jobs then stay on your device only.
Your clients' details
Jobs often hold your clients' names and addresses. You decide what goes into a job, and you're responsible for having a reason to record it. We store it only to provide the service to you. We don't look at it, use it for anything else or share it.
Who can see your jobs
Only you. Each account can only reach its own jobs, settings and images. Support staff only look at your data if you ask us to and give permission.
Who helps us run it
- Database, sign-in and file storage: Supabase.
- Website and app hosting: Vercel.
- Payments, once paid plans start: Stripe.
We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. Delete a job and it's removed from sync. Close your account and we delete your jobs and account data, except anything we have to keep by law (such as invoices).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere. Email hello@raaix.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies. The app keeps your jobs and preferences in your browser's storage on your device so it can work offline.
