These terms cover your use of Concept to Completion (the app and this website), made by RAAIX. By using it you agree to them. Questions: hello@raaix.com.

Testing

Concept to Completion is in testing and is free to use during that time. Features may change, and things may occasionally go wrong. We'll tell you before paid plans start; you won't be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

Check before you order

Concept to Completion is a surveying and design tool. Drawings, dimensions, services setting-out and unit lists are only as accurate as the measurements entered. Always check measure on site and check sizes against the manufacturer's current information before ordering, cutting or fitting anything. RAAIX isn't responsible for losses caused by wrong or unchecked measurements.

Your work

Your jobs, drawings and exported files belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can provide the service.

Manufacturers' information

Catalogues describe manufacturers' ranges for convenience. Names and product codes belong to their owners. Showing a range doesn't mean the manufacturer endorses Concept to Completion.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, no overloading it, no copying or reselling the app.

Your account

Keep your password safe. You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as it is during testing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous twelve months.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
